Spicy Octopus @Jegi-Dong

We went to this place twice. Now, all of us really miss the food and craving for it. At first, we can't handle the spicy flavour. But for the 2nd time, we really enjoy it.

Spicy and juicy octopus. We love it!!!!

In front of the restaurant
We give 5 star to this place. The name of the restaurant is Mokpojib Na Jeong-sun Halmae Jjukkumi. If you can read hangul, you can see the name of the restaurant on the sign board like picture below.
How to go to this restaurant:
Take subway line 1 to Jegi Station and go out exit 6. Walk straight for about 200 m and you'll see the 119 fire station. Cross the road. Walk straight till you see the golden octopus statue. You need to turn left into Jjukumi bogeum alley. Try to search for this restaurant. Actually you don't need to cross the road if you go out at another exit but I can't remember which exit. If I'm not mistaken exit 1 or 10.
The price for Jjukumi is KRW 10,000 per person and you can add on dwenjang jigae and rice.

Autumn in Nami Island & Garden of Morning Calm

Best moment and beautiful view in Nami Island.

My journey continue to Garden of Morning Calm. How to go to Garden of Morning Calm from Nami Island. Easy way by circle tour bus. Pay KRW 5,000 and ready to go to Nami Island, Petite France and Garden of Morning Calm. I took the tour bus to Garden of Morning Calm from Nami Island. No need to purchase another ticket just show the ticket I bought earlier from Gapyeong Station. You can read how I bought the circle tour bus to Nami Island from my previous entry about Nami Island and Petite France. This time, I went to Garden of Morning Calm instead of Petite France. For your information, this Garden is the last stop of the tour bus. Travel time around 1 hour from Nami Island but not to worry because you can enjoy the scenic view of Gapyeong area. The ticket to enter this Garden is KRW 8,000 per person. I don't want to write too many things. Please enjoy the picture below:

I'm actually really excited to  go to Korea less than 3 month. What I need to prepare for the trip? Here my list for the important things to prepare ang bring it to my destination.
  1. Flight ticket
  2. Passport
  3. Some cash (for me I will change my money to Korean Won based on my budget)
  4. Enough clothes (I like to wear T-Shirt and Jeans)
  5. Stoking
  6. Long John (depends on the weather)
  7. Comfortable shoes and bag (I always love to walk for a long time a day, so, comfortable shoes is really important for me)
  8. Canned food, snacks and bread
  9. Compass (to find qiblat direction)
  10. Books (I really need something to kill the time especially for a long flight to Korea)
  11. Camera (Photos will always be the cheapest sourvenir that I can bring back to Malaysia. Thanks to my Canon 1100D)
  12. My baby (I always bring my netbook so that I can do some Internet surfing, upload my pictures and play games)
  13. Lastly, my travel itinerary inclusive with my travel guide ( I always make a survey 2 to 3 months before my trip)
For those who travel with bakcpacking style, don't forget to reserve your hotel before you go to the trip. That will make your life more easier^^. So, plan your trip wisely and have a happy holiday.
